ICDEA 2023
28th International Conference on Difference Equations and Applications (Hybrid Conference)
The 28th International Conference on Difference Equations and Applications (ICDEA 2023) is proposed to be held in Phitsanulok, Thailand. The purpose of the conference is to bring together both experts and novices in the theory and applications of Difference Equations and Discrete Dynamical Systems. The plenary speakers will be experts chosen from many areas of Difference Equations, broadly defined, and their applications. The conference is a hybrid conference and it is organized by Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University (PSRU) in Phitsanulok, Thailand. The conference will be held at the Wangjan campus of PSRU located in the heart of Phitsanulok under the auspices of ISDE, the International Society of Difference Equations.

Conference Schedule
The participants may travel to Phitsanulok on Sunday, July 16.
The talks shall begin on Monday, July 17, after registration in the morning. There will be no parallel sessions scheduled during talks of plenary speakers. The contributed talks shall be scheduled in parallel sessions. There will be a welcome reception on Monday evening.
On Tuesday, July 18, talks shall continue.
On Wednesday, July 19, talks shall continue. In the afternoon, there will be a tour of Phitsanulok and the Sukhothai Historical Park which has declared it a World Heritage Site.
On Thursday, July 20, talks shall resume. There will be a conference dinner on Thursday evening.
On Friday, July 21, there will be talks in the morning and departure of participants in the afternoon.
